Privacy Statement
Highland Apparel Company is committed to protecting your privacy. When you order from one of our web sites, our customer's information is stored to process the order, and for history purposes. We also enter your information into our QuickBooks accounting software. The only other party that has the information is the credit card processor. This is true if you order online or by phone with us. PayPal transactions do not share credit card numbers with us.
Any orders that are canceled will not be kept anywhere in our system. We cannot retrieve any information from canceled orders.
We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to anyone outside our company for any reason. If you are our customer, we may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about price changes, or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to weborder@highlandapparel.com telling us so.
We have an opt-in newsletter sign-up to join our mailing list for sales and more frequent news about our company. Subscribe to that by following the link at the bottom of our home page.
Highland Apparel Company does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
All credit card information is handled with our customer's safety in mind. Our online ordering system and our QuickBooks accounting system encrypt the numbers so that they are not accessible except to the credit card processor. We take additional steps to protect your information by not writing the credit card information on the order print-out so that it will not be on the order when the paper copy is recycled.
We treat you like we would like to be treated. Deb has experienced identity theft in her personal life, and takes every step possible to protect her customer's identities.
